I have heard that there is some confusion over the use of city take home cars. What is the real story and who started the problem in the first place? Admin take their kids and spouses around in their unmarked take home cars all the time!

And some people in admin take their take home cars out of the state to have sex in Alabama motel rooms. These certain administrators are just slapped on the hand for it. Yet if a patrolman would have done the same thing he would have been fired or the admin would have him arrested on some sort of B.S. charges. T.O.

Yeah that's gonna hurt Paul, he'll have follow the rules like everyone else now. I wonder how he'll get his kids to and from school now?

The person behind the taking away the privlege of Officer's transporting their children in their issued vehicles is Deputy Manfred(Fred) Krause. He has issues with his ex-wife, Officer Lisa Broxson, and will do anything to hurt or inconvience her. Deputy Krause went to IA Lt. Stull's home to make the complaint. He threatened to depose Chief Mathis and Bonfield if they didn't stop Broxson from driving their son to school in her patrol car. He also threatened to sue the police department and city hall if something happened to his son. Deputy Krause was obviously trying to be vindictive. In his attempt to cause his wife problems, he caused 70% of the Officers at the Pensacola Police Department Problems. Deputy Krause is not a rookie and should have known what this would do to the relationship of PPD and ECSO. It is also known that while Deputy Krause and Broxson were married he had no problem with his son being transported in his wife's patrol car and it is also known that he himself has transported the child in his own patrol car.

This is the REAL story behind the use of the take home cars and is nothing at all like the propaganda that Officer Broxson has tried to promulgate. ONLY after repeated begging and pleading through emails, mediation, etc, to stop transporting her son all over the city in her car, M. Krause only then approached the powers that be at the dept to stop this. Any number of things can happen while transporting a child, not just a block down the road in a subdivision (as Deputy Krause has admitted to doing), but all over the city through any number of unknown or potential dangers. It is well known that Officer Broxson has broken or bent the rules so many times at PPD that things have been referred to as falling under the "Broxson Rule." Deputy Krause's only concern was for the safety of his son and after Officer Broxson refused to concede to anything for the benefit of her son and stop transporting him, he did what he had to do. It was never his intent to cause ill will, ONLY to protect his son. Ms. Broxson seems to think she is untouchable, especially now that she has married a lieutenant, and has made reference in the past to the fact that since she is with Gary Cutler, that just the fact that she's is his girlfriend and now wife, that will command respect from other officers. Mrs. Broxson-Cutler is the reason you all lost the privileges you had. It's interesting that other departments, i.e. FHP, have rules about transporting civilians. There is a definite liability problem and to blame someone for wanting to protect their child against possible danger is just plain wrong. Ms. Broxson is very adept at throwing out red herrings. Her mouth is her greatest weapon, as it well should be. Someone who makes a practice out of breaking the rules both morally and professionally has no choice but to put the attention on someone other than herself. Look and see who has the reason for retaliation and vindictiveness. Ms. Broxson-Cutler feels as though she missed out on the money, and is getting back the only way she knows how. Deputy Krause has no reason for vindictiveness, he's in the best place of his life....rid of the biggest problem of his life,.......has wonderful children, a beautiful girlfriend, and if the rumors are true, he's a millionaire. This information comes from as close to the horse's mouth as you'll get.
