Knight is a typical politician. They talk about all these things they are going to improve, yet when they get there they do absolutely nothing. FHP fails everyday. They are totally a reactive agency. Three quarters of any given shift 90% of the troopers on the road are tied up on calls. How are we to prevent anything when we don't even have enough people on the road to cover the incoming calls?

They sure do find time to write other officers tickets though.

BTW that picture is funny as hell, troopers seem to be very isolated socially inept individuals.
