could someone please explain to us what the hell is going on at dade county jail????? their is a LOCKDOWN EVERYDAY AT ANYTIME OF THE DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WHAT IS THE HOLD UP? many years ago, it used to be only during shift change!!!!!!!!! what's up?
another thing,why do you guys give m.p.d. such a hard look and time? we are only following orders! we are treated better at t.g.k.,why?

we support you guys and are not trying to be nagative but something is wrong! how can we help make things better for all????

As intake officers in the rear lobby we are here to tell you that the problem is with the captin not being concerned with this area of the jail when it relates to intake flow. They are only concerned with taking care of the inmate after he got disrectful with one of us and we had to give him a spanking. Through out
the years I have seen the intake process slow down to a craw and supervisiors not care. For changes to take place the captin or above must be complained to from your brass.
We are usually asigned one cpl. and four to five officers. But when we are used to assist somany other areas of the jail as well as transport inmates and help on every medical emergency that arises, we really only end up working with two to three officers. And morale was left under the jail with the infectious rats and bacteria.

Welcome to the new world of camera's "big brother is watching". WOULD YOU BE QUICK TO ARREST EVERY PERSON YOU CAME IN CONTACT WITH IF YOUR CHIEF, MAJOR, CAPT, LT AND SO ON, HAD A CAMERA ON YOU ALL DAY LONG....
