Consolidation of rank

If most of the members of the POA are against the consoldation of the ranks, why don't they try to push for the administration to re-evaluate the idea. I think everyone knows it is a bad idea, why don't we at least let the media and public know??

The answer to this question seems quite simple. The POA IS the Administration. Where one begins and the other ends is getting quite skewed. Until the Admin gets revamped and the POA does the same, we will simply have to suffer and continue to ask the same rhetorical question over and over again.... "WHY?"

Stop asking this question and start making phone calls to POA demanding some answers and try showing up to a meeting now and again.
