Sorry to hear that Michael C. got booted from Treasure Island PD. Any chance of him coming back? Despite leaving us he is an OK guy.

Yeah, he was a \good guy-but he is not going to het hired back here, he had too many chances here, and they are not going to give him another one.

Why did he get booted?

They said he did not work well in a small agency.

He came to a medium agency then went to a larger agency, but came back to the original medium agency, and ends up at a small agency. Here's your sign!!!...The funny thing is that he originally had it made at BPD, they were giving him anything he wanted, even a second chance. Please Chief do not make the mistake of hiring him back, he was barely average in the first place.

But Barely average is half of the employees at this place!!!!

Its completely different than it was oh say 5 years ago.Now that you are unionized, your pay has increased, which leads to professionalism because you get what you pay for. BPD has improved quite a bit. It's almost like it's a totally different agency, compared to what it was 10 years ago.

Well almost. A certain Major and Lieutenant are still employed. But maybe once they are gone we will have a chance.
