#1 Offend no one that can hide behind a federally mandated minority status.
#2 Make no actual decisions that may involve personal or professional risk.
#3 Turn a blind eye to urban blight and unregulated & unchecked drug dealing, trafficking, and management as well as to drug related crimes i.e. murder, robbery, burglary, and theft.
#4 Empower local terrorist organizations for an unforseeable purpose that may or may not be divulged at an unspecified future time.
#5 Demoralize and un-empower your Officers through manipulation, degredation, and subjugation tactics.
#6 Only promote those that will keep heat off your career, remember we have a pension to think about.
#7 If an incident occurrs with one of Go's, I mean your Officers, evaluate the local publiic opinion and punish your Officers accordingly.
#8 Make the simplest of decisions "appear" difficult and well thought out, it's not what you do but how you look that counts.
#9 Avoid moral dilemas, making decisions because they are the "right thing to do" is not always the "smart thing to do"". Play the odds, odds are making no decision will be the safest thing to do.
#10 Have a Spinectomy and a Testiclectomy before you start. Vaginaplasty is optional, but ***** tits are priceless.
