Staffing

Roughly how many road Deputies do the PCSO have?

How about if I phrase it like this, does the PCSO have more deputies than the SPPD has officers? I'm just wondering b/c we all know how the staffing levels at the SPPD have declined, not that they were that high to begin with... Thx.

If you go to the Sheriffs web page you can see the exact answer to your question. However, at rough estimate, the Sheriff has approximately 850 to 900 Patrol Deputies and about 850 Corrections Deputies.
