I did not realize that this could have been a board where Gay and Lesbian police officers and others came to gripe... NO Wonder everyone is paranoid about giving up their identity.

I put up two posts, the first was "Photo Evidence..." and like only two responded and both were "Guests" so maybe they were just trying to cover they were Gay.

The second post was "New Franchise..." and from this one I did expect a lot of feed back and yet nothing.

So I hereby apologize for the sexual innuendo's which were placed here to bring some light and humor... And all they did was to make you more paranoid.

The racist post got more action then humor, so what should that tell me???

The above is all stated with tongue firmly pressed against my inner cheek!

Grow up Clerk.

You're not even a LEO, so I don't know why you continue to post irrelevent items on this board. Yes, your police photos were amusing for the first few days, but now you got nothing to offer us...so how about goint along your merry way.

The clerk is right, some of us are getting to paranoid and need to either stay in the shadows and at least smile from time to time or come out of the closet and face the problems that we have.

Some of us know/believe that the brass or an ass licker is reading this stuff we do here everyday and maybe they will get the message and do something. Well, have you seen anything change?

As long as they see that we are divided or afraid, they win. If they see some type of organization, a meeting of the minds and a steady stream of thought to actually accomplish something, maybe we will see some changes. Not in them, but in us!

Now let me look at that Franchise Opportunity.

I'm trying to understand the logic of what you said. To paraphrase, if you knew LEO's reading this included gay/lesbian LEOs, you would not have said it the way you did to avoid being offensive to them, right? Mighty kind of you. Why not say/write things without offense to begin with, rather than fretting afterward that you were abrasive.

Being united means that when someone takes a cheap shot at one of us - whatever the category - we have each others back. I don't care if the person is purple, if they are someone of integrity, a law-abiding person, that's what matters. Hope you enforce the law that way too. Now THAT's unity in OUR community.

07-22-2006, 11:14 PM
Company Clerk enforces the law now?

That's good news, he'll be a great addition to the ranks! He doesn't have the taser, but he's got a camera, that's mo better!

To Those Who Can Read!

The So Called Apology written in this original post was anything but!!! The last line of the post clearly stated:

"The above is all stated with tongue firmly pressed against my inner cheek!

If you are that sensitive about your sexual orientation or for anything else about yourself, including but not limited to: Age, Thong Underwear, Weight, Height, Color, Religion or Ethnic background... You should not be in Law Enforcement.

According to Florida Law, A Law Enforcement Officer cannot be "Personally" offended by the actions of others.

Now, if you are one of the gay citizens using your sexual orientation to have the public feel sorry for you and give you things that you did not earn... Then you are no different than the U-roo-whos saying they are black and we owe them something!

If you have thin skin, being in the public eye is NOT the job you want to have. If you are just a citizen who is here trying to get sympathy for your cause, be you gay or straight, then you need to get a grip on reality.

The world is not fair, never has been, never will be. If you want change to happen, it begins with YOU! I will do what I can to help your situation, both for LEO's and F&R... I can even go public with political editorials in local newspapers.

I WILL NOT HELP YOU, IF YOU WON'T HELP YOURSELF! You can unite and do something positive as both citizen and agency to make changes, or you can sit there and whine while the brass keeps reading this board and laughing their asses off at your expense.

Gotta admit, this page is frequented by some of the most paranoid, sensitive and depressed individuals you will ever find. They have been known to launch a jihad over a tiny typo.

More big talk and still no objective pics. Save your soft porn for the newbies Clerk; Nice distraction all the same for those who can't find it elsewhere. Who's side are you on anyway? Do what you say you are going to do, or just "grow up" and state (like a non-child) your real objectives. The issues at hand are far more important than you (ego) or your (ego) boasting some "tounge in cheek" capacities which cleary serve zero (0%) purpose here, really. When you are all grown up, you just might be treated like a big boy. Until then, as the trend suggests, other will continue to ask: "might the bitter Clerk just be looking for some "special" attention."

It seems so.

Ya gotta wonder, what company the Company Clerk works for. And why so oppositional ref certain issues. Sounds like his company needs to sign him up (again) for anger management 101! Get off your whole anti-gay theme. This is an LEO website.

News flash to Company Clerk: who said anything about feeling sorry for anyone? You presume being what you are not is a liability, an exemption, a less-than thing. You obviously miss the point of being proud of who you are. Grow up.
