If you're trying to finish your Associates degree, you might want to take a look at St. Petersburg College because they offer them online (http://www.spcollege.edu/ecampus/degrees/index.shtml) and tuition (http://www.spcollege.edu/ecampus/registration/fees.shtml) is only about $70 per credit. They offer an online Associate degree in Emergency Administration & Mangement (http://www.spjc.edu/webcentral/acad/emergadm.htm).
With these online degree programs that are available through our state university system, you now have no reason to not finish up that degree, even if you work crazy hours and days!!! Word to the wise and good luck!!!
