Promotions are not until August.....except the Major positions which will probably happen sometime after GO meets with the coalition at Atwaters and tells the Chief who is getting promoted.

After Go decides who will kiss his a$$ best then they tell baptist baker boy who shovels it downhill into Harmon's big gulp.
