Heard on the radio this morning that in his new position as the head of ICE Ralph Basham opposed the building of a wall on our southern border.

Well, it's politics as usual. I'm not saying that this isn't his own belief, but the fact is that most real cops want to see whatever it takes to control the border and oppose amnesty.

But political appointees are obligated to echo the official line I guess.

Looking for an explaination as to how this country has come about to be what it is today?

we are loosing ground fast...some might be surprised to learn about the comprehensive sellout !!!

Sadly, the incumbent Director, whomever he may be, is always compliant to the wishes of the President - no matter how wrong the President may be.

This goes back to at least the Nixon years when we were complicit in suppressing lawful, peaceful civil dissent against his policies.

When you get to the Director level it is quite simply "politics."

So sad......................

The Service has always given lip service to being apolitical. We would hold ourselves above the political arena and say that Presidents come and go but we're always there. Sad to say, but politics is alive and well internally. It's not what you know, but who you ......
