Why is it that that certain CPSO in Bartow who has had nothing but PTI for year and years and was told recently that she had to give the up and take a regular caseload IS STILL DOING PTI! Could it be who she is married to and how much she kicked and screamed about having to do REAL work! SHAME ON CIRCUIT 10

Be quiet and get that nice office shined up for the Circuit 10 CA and DCA - They know who is best qualified to do PTI, I would think.

These Circuit 10 postings are really weak. What's up? Give us something we can sink our teeth into. Something with substance, not these petty attacks on the CA/DCA.

Exactly - people are just mad because they have a nice office and they are crammed 5 deep - become the CA or DCA and then you can have the nice office and put the right deserving people on PTI.

IF ANYONE COULD SHOW THE DCA HAD ANY INPUT INTO THE DECISION PROCESS OF WHO GETS WHAT ASSIGNMENT PARTICULARLY IF IT WAS THEIR BROTHER, SISTER, SPOUSE IT MIGHT MEAN A BEHEADING BY THE COLONAL?

Of course the DCA has input on personnel decisions and wouldn't you trust his decision to be fair and prudent more than say a disgruntled CPSO's view on who should fill the position.
