I was going to join you on June 20th at the 2nd DCA to hear the oral arguments, but according to the Court Docket, leoaffairs is not scheduled in June, either in Lakeland and Tampa.

Was it rescheduled?

You are correct, the online docket does NOT have us listed on the itinerary. The copy of the docket that I have does. According to my records, we are appearing on Tuesday, June 20th, during the 9:30 a.m. session right after Luke Lirot represents Jack Galardi against DeWayne Levesque (which is in the online docket).

I will contact Luke Lirot, confirm the date and time, and keep you informed.

The docket that you provided a link to is the history of appearances, but does not show the next scheduled hearing.

I notice that Tom Gonzalez has joined HCSO as co-counsel. That will make the arguments more interesting. He is much more experienced and articulate than Thea Clark.

I look forward to hearing the arguments because Lirot is also capable of being quite eloquent.
