NPPD hires 6 new officers

Wanna know why we didn't hire these two? Ever take a walk on our 2nd floor lately? 4 perhaps 5 years ago, most everyone up there were no more than sergeants, now they run this place. Drinking, womanizing, #2 guy that sexually pleasures himself in front of people, DUI's, over spending, FBI Investigations, and you want to know why new guys are applying to work for the city PD's instead of us?

Just take that walk and meet some of the Geniuses there and it will become very clear.
