Anyone care to post the TRUE initials of the person referred to here as JABBA?

I saw that the 050 office in Ocala is getting a new CPSS from the Riverview(?) office whose initials are "S.G."

Anyone care to give the folks at 050 a heads-up?

SG was basically pushed along and out of 132 though she will tell you that she has been trying to get further north for years, yea right! She was never around and dumped everything on the sup in the office. Good luck.

Gilliland is also friends with Gail Red****. Gilliland is a back stabber, can't be trusted. Plays favorites, sets up whipping boys/girls. She is evil. Be carefull. Good luck.

I believe SG feels she has to violate PO's as if they are on probation. Otherwise she can't show her bosses she is working.

But you know what?

It's not just the "officers" that suffer under people like this - it's the OFFICE (...the entire staff and sometimes even the custodial staff, building management, people on the street, working in restaurants, etc, etc. They are just mean, nasty people who can not change who they truly are.)

It's also not just these TWO people...well, three if you count Red****, but there are a many, many of these morons working for the Department of Corrections. How sad is that? :(

It's a shame, but, this atmosphere is propogated and it appears that it will never end. The reward for the behavior is that sups get the results they want. The screwing of the PO. Then the sup feels so good that he/she does it again.

Small dog has potential to become big dog because of the abuse. Both dogs are nasty and difficult to work with.

Both dogs are just laying around, cleaning their wounds, creating new ones and doing no work. Meanwhile, I'm running my little hamster butt off and am exhausted at the end of the day!!

Hamsters stay under the radar, which is a good place to be...bide your time and one day you can become a dog that is more like Lassie and less like the dogs who terrorize your hamster cage :D That is what DOC needs, people willing to take the step to become good leaders instead of complaining of the one's they have.

What DOC wants is good people willing to bend over and grab their ankles.

If the dogs were doing their job, I doing mine and you doing yours - this agency would run a lot smoother.

I guess I'm lucky, because the dogs in my park play nice. I've been the hamster and weathered the mean dogs and you are right hamster- things do run a lot smoother when the dogs do their job and are sensible. Keep spinning that wheel, but don't become one of those hamsters that eats its young :lol:
