New Ideas or Issues for Management to consider

Okay, everyone is so afraid of retaliation by management. Let's hear your ideas to make this agency better. Let's hear the things that management could do to make you happy and remember be civil about it. :?:

Could we get an increase in ops and overtime funding to provide more field coverage?

Why isn't there someone assigned to find grant money for our agency?

Would or could there be a possibilty of us working a ten hour shift to provide more field coverage?

Is it true that we are going to get some motorcycles for patrol? Where are they going to be assigned? Could we get some street bikes for patrol? It would be a great!

What about a bi-weekly pay schedule? That way if we work overtime the first of the month and get sick or have a family emergency etc.. at the end of the month, we do not loose it.
