Man arrested for mastrubating in public
SARASOTA - A 46-year-old man, Dean Joseph Serena, was arrested by Sarasota Police Tuesday after he exposed himself to people near the Van Wezel Performing Arts Center.
Several juveniles witnessed Dean Joseph Serena urinating in Sarasota Bay. After he finished relieving himself, he began to masturbate in front of the youths. He fled the area in an expensive green Mercedes, which was located a short time later.
The victims positively identified Dean Joseph Serena as the man who mastrubated in public.
Serena was released after posting a bond of $10,000. He will be arraigned on charges on July 7.
