the patch is easy for me to get and send on my dime,the chiefs signature is more difficult but i'll try!

I go to England all the time, (I was born there) I'm a retired Miami police LT,

However I must tell you,I have never seen patches on any English or Irish police uniform. They have metal insignias on there shoulders,and hats. But there are no patches ! They dont wear breast badges either. Check it out !
