Do you hire retired deputy sheriffs for part time work?

is there an age limit to getting on with the marshals?

do they take in account, years of experience as law enforcement?

what is the pay like?

what are the working conditions like?

Please respond, I'd love to go federal and be a marshalllllllllllllllllll..

Its very hard to get on and its tough work with a lot of travel. Most retired deputies dont want to to work 4 16 hour days in a row staying in a hotel in some city away from home, or have to transport prisoners from one city to another every day staying over night twice a week.
If you dont like travel or odd hours or hard work stay away from the USMS.

Yeah they have part time sworn officers that do court security at some locations, those jobs arent easy to get.
