Please, go then!!
Circuit 12 DOC is a wonderful place to work and if you want to go elsewhere, PLEASE DO!!!!! There are plenty of great officers in other circuits who would love to work here, not to mention recent college graduates who would love to take your place.
So if you are unhappy, best of luck in filling out that application.

Circuit 12 is so great that is why we have the turnover we do - I am sure everyone is dying to come here that already has a position. College Grads get desperate sometimes and leave when they realize their foolishness.....

Turnover??
What Turnover? And yes, take a look at how many people from c-20 want to come up here, for example.
When there is turnover here, it is usually because somebody has retired. Our rate of Turnover in c-12 pales in comparison to other circuits. So again, if you want to do shift work with the police department, go right ahead. Your spot here will be filled faster than it takes you to leave.
We have wonderful management here, supportive supervisors, and fairly manageable caseloads. This is a great place to live and to work.
