Suspect sought for attempted murder in Sarasota
Kelvin Gilliam was at his home on Gallup Ave. with his girlfriend, their children and two friends at approximately 1:45 am. When he escorted his friends to the door, an unidentified black male wearing a dark ski mask, a black shirt and dark pants confronted him. SOUNDS LIKE A DRUG SITUATION TO ME HOW ELSE DOES THIS KIND OF THING HAPPEN. I THINK THIS VICTIM ALSO HAS PRIOR FELONY DRUG ARRESTS IN THE CITY AREA.

Suspect sought for attempted murder in SarasotaKelvin Gilliam died in the hosptial from a gunshot wound to his head, so the charge has been upgraded to murder.
