Words of advice; If you must work for HCSO, keep to yourself, take as much training blocks as you can, keep your nose clean and discreetly apply at another agency after a couple years.

As a Hardee native I hate to say it but this place hasn’t been right in so many years. This is the third administration I’ve been around and they still can’t get it right. Too many employees still in positions they didn’t deserve, employees with criminal histories, and stuff.

With all the wrongdoing “certain” people in power have done to former employees, I’m surprised nobody has sued the shit out of the agency.

We can only hope it will improve one day.
