Frustrated With The PBA? Here's Your Answer!
Having trouble getting the PBA to adequately represent you?
Tired of getting no response or their voice mail when you need answers now? Or, tired of the PBA not wanting to respond to an officer is a serious situation?
Tired of all the broken promises made over the years, and the excuses for not performing?

Hopefully your candidate wins today but where was PBA? They weren’t there helping you all, rather they were helping Hialeah elect an anti-cop Mayor. and, that took precedence. Ironically, Hialeah is not even a PBA city but you guys are.
an SOS had to be sent out and pressure put on them.
And, how about when one of your fellow officers was involved in something quite serious and the PBA wasn’t going to show up but did so under pressure? What is the PBA for? It doesn’t seem that they want to serve you- instead they want your dues and give nothing in return.
We at IUPA stand ready to step up to the plate and perform where your current bargaining agents have failed. IUPA now represents thousands of sheriff’s and municipal police officers all across the state. PBA continues to lose units one after another. Here are just some of the agencies we represent:
