1. Body worn cameras unit should not be under the patrol div - its like the fox in the hen house
Belongs with Communications ( CARR) or Internal Affairs
2. Commander title. - are these guys special? either they are captains or majors which is it?- eliminate this confusing title
3. Why is property evidence and communications unit under Labor (Ibalmea) -
Looks like Ibalmea took some of Um Set Ramos duties - and got communications and evidence stuffed in
Does labor /discipline need to be separate from Training or can UmSet Ramos handle both?
3. Investigations Support - needs a captain for Intelligence Unit
4. Tom Carroll looks like he's running lean compared to the other A/C's - Javi looks underutilized
5. Deputy Director - what is the difference bt this title and the Deputy Chief of Police? - Heather goes to which title?
