Obviously you are uneducated with understanding how a contract works. I've never seen a new one ready prior to the current one expiring. As far as imposing a contract you have to declare an impass first with PERC and then the City Commissioners can only impose a contract for 1 year and on only the items that were not agreed to.

You need to educate yourself and stop whining about a contract when it's still early yet.

Just because you never seen a contract passed on time it doesn't mean is the right thing , technically the contract expired . The Supposedly reason that the pride unicorn gang won the fop was to stop the corrupt ways of doing things in the past , they had plenty of time to get the contract on time but obviously didn't do anything which lets you believe that nothing has changed
