I may not agree with it but it will become mandatory, for all 1st responders. Some departments are already making it so. You refuse, you may be out of your career or your medical will skyrocket and cover for this illness will be denied. No body really like being told what to do or how to treat their own bodies. Times area changing :) The only excuse that will be accepted will be for medical reasons and even then you'll have to jump thru hoops.
