If the city commission was legitimate they would flat defund the city pd, contract out to the SO, A FOUR TERM SHERIFF would be in charge and the pros at the SO would clean the city up but no, the fools who sit in the city try to justify their own existence by keeping a pd to manage and a budget to use to rule over. Fold the city pd finally.
