Easier than winning the lottery. Guys tell family and friends the winning lottery ticket is being held by Captain Ortiz 🎫. The only thing you have to do is run into him on the street and wait for him to attack you. The man is already labeled a racist brutal cop. Rookies beware don’t let him direct you to mak an arrest on his behalf. If he does everything you put down you must state, “I was directed and told by Capt Ortiz XYZ”. There are too many surveillance cameras out there so avoid getting caught in a lie.
