Nanney got passed over again

MDPD just rehired for we Director Patterson to oversee police, fire, corrections, and medical examiner.
If Nanney was all that and a bag of potato chips, he would have gotten the job. Hell, if Nanney was only 10% of the greatness he professes about himself he would have been chosen.
Instead we get stuck and punished with this weirdo loser.
