PBA is spread too thin these days. They are losing units everywhere. I heard they just lost several units in Volusia County. The state PBA has lost Lakeland, and they lost West Palm Beach not too long ago. They are an old business model whose time has come. Kissing up to management isn’t effectively fighting for your members. In this day and age police are going to need their unions to be fighters.

PBA? What? There's been no PBA presents at this department in decades. Our PBA Leadership has their head shoved up our Sheriffs ars...we have no chance of real representation!
