Ok, don't shoot my head off but I'm going to throw it out there. Why is a officer a rat, if he stands up for what's right and should be. But not a rat if he arrests some John Q public for the same thing, your calling officers rats over? Now, let add to it a bit more. Officer 1, arrest officers 2 mom, dad, wife, husband or kids but could of possibility avoided the arrest if he called officer 2 by. Does, that now make him or her a POS or rat?
