You know that any modifications to the current contract has to be approved by the membership with a majority vote. The vote has to take place within 10 days of the proposal agreement/modification to the current contract. Only active members, not retirees are allowed to vote on any changes to the contract.

Retirees are only allowed to vote on the Fop elections to vote for a Fop president and the executive board positions.

No Reyes butt licker you said within 10 days of the signing the vote happens. It has to be after a minimum of 10 day after the members are notified via e mail with a copy not after its T/A’d signed.
