The are the ones who drive around in unmarked cars with tinted windows and never check in on the district, put in their O.T. and go back to their HQ bureaus, sea port, or other non uniformed assignment with adjusted hours to take the O.T. from the backbone and front line hard working uniform. Uniform - the assignment that takes more courage than running away from a wide variety of calls, procedures, criteria and paperwork than any non uniform cookie cutter product unit.
