Why is it that Chief Morales doesn't get named in the suit. I was reading the documents and he doesn't get named. Interesting how Morales always stays out of it all. Chief Morales didn't you testify for Raul Igelias during the federal case.

Morales was kicked out of TOS protecting Raul. Then went to visit him in jail! And yet he was appointed Ass Chief. No wonder this department is in shambles. But yet he walks around degrading others and he is the most corrupt mofo. Look at his surroundings.
