Years ago there was a waiting list to get a job there. It was a great and happy place to work. Now they can’t run fast enough to get out the door because of the way that place is being ran. Very sad to say the least

The fact is the agency needs to pay officers more. They need to bring in a Chief with experience to revamp the agency in a whole. Get rid of the complainers and toxic people. We have officers who just come up with any reason to call in sick just because they do not feel like working. This puts a strain on others work load. Those are also the biggest complainers, milk calls, who do nothing but talk behind other back. Move on slackers and take your misrable attitude to another agency. Bet you would not last long somewhere else.

And certainly don’t forget to add KJ going around in everybody’s conversations and then going out with SP plus several others talking about everyone in the department behind their backs when she doesn’t even know who or what she’s taking about. She needs to go also. She’s been bringing down moral for along time thinking she knows how to do everyone’s job better. All the so called “Supervisors” need to be replaced with real leaders that actually know how to run a department fairly. Way too much favoritism in every department at BPD! Smh
