He hired Shiver to replace Blanca as the manager and when new info came to light Stahl fired him and now Ish is the manager saving us 150-200 k a year. Plus Ish blows away Blanca and Shiver based on his leadership abilities and most of all he's a cop who stood up against dancing director cookies with rookies JP.
