City commission plans to downsize the police department and plans to do this by not allowing the replacement of positions as officers leave for other departments. We thought we were short now, just wait.

None of us...Miramar Reps voted for Rod. Many of the other city reps regret voting for him. He only one by one vote the election was shaky at best. NimRod is everything we expected him to be. He has already exceeded our expectations of being a DB.

BSO doesn't "absorb" agencies. The city will have to pay BSO to provide law enforcement services which the city cannot afford and the county is no longer seeking or accepting contract cities.
