Members don’t care about family business if that was the case Stahl would have never been elected President with as many criminals as he has in his. Members care about who will do the most for them which Stahl tricked them into believing it would be him with the help of Greenwell. Jenkins knows that in order to survive as PBA President and not end up like Johnny and Stahl you have to give to the officers, and not just take. He prepared to do exactly that which is why he will beat Stahl at the election.
