I suppose PBA hasn’t noticed but police in general is under attack. Our department is no exception. The first move is to impose civilian oversight even though our department doesn’t warrant it.
So why isn’t the PBA not vocal? Why are they not beating down the doors of the very commissioners that want our endorsements and money? Surely, the PBA doesn’t believe that a shitty letter is enough and forget it.
No TV interviews- No advertising the great work we do- no radio announcements- nothing.
This panel will be forced down our throats and we didn’t even put up a fight. What have we become???
