As an agency we should all refuse to work any and all extra duty at Raymond James. That includes the Super Bowl as well. I think this would send the city and the NFL a message. Just a thought....

They would be forced to bring additional officers in and pay them overtime rates...

That was funny post.

All the department would do is threaten the officers that always work the games that they would loose their positions at the stadium and that will end your walkout. It only worked for K-9 because it is a specialty team and the dept could not just bring any conscript officer in to do their job.

Also, they could just open those extra duty assignments to outside agencies or allow HCSO to work both sides of the stadium.

There are about 1,000 of us and none of us are important as we think we are.
