If we use these guidelines for everybody that has made a mistake 20+ years ago, everybody would be cut from the same cloth. This "vote of No confidence of the MCPBA" is three individuals that have a personal agenda on the coattails of George Floyd's tragic death. The three amigos want to get promoted just because of the color of their skin. I think not. As a person of color, I am embarrassed by these three clowns. The MCPBA is a social organization. Period.

They should be terminated, they are not a union and do not have the protection to speak freely like a union. They have cause chaos in the department.They put the department in a negative light that has cause unrepairable damage between the police department and the community. Conduct unbecoming, talking to the media without authorization, and the list goes on. These stooges are opportunistic slime balls that are worth less then a spit on the street.
