I agree. I always thought all PBAs were connected somehow but they are not affiliated with one another.
We desperately need a guy like the NYPD president.
Maybe Steadman can take some lessons.

No! They completely separate. The NYPD union guys are the real deal. Wish we had them down here. Our union President is best known for selfies.
