Cops are wising up. Say nothing that will come back and haunt you. Ok to b*tch about the union or the chief. But dont say anything that will somehow offend our "underserved" populations.

Everyone here knows the true story is the Chief and his failure as a leader of this once fine agency. He has alienated some of the best officers and supervisors in this agency and has destroyed morale and the great reputation our agency had. He is a narcissist to the core and will never recognize his shortcomings. He was never prepared for this role and its obvious to everyone a mistake was made. He only now has a few.ardent supporters who themselves have questionable work histories like his own. Maybe one day the city leaders will wake up and realize what a colassal failure he is and set us back on the right course with a new Chief.

Well hang in there guys, I know it doesn't feel like it but the vast majority of the citizens in this city appreciate the work you do. Its a crap show out there right now but we need you guys. Remember, the chief isnt the one showing up on calls when we need you, you are.
