Guess you didn't watch the entire video. Last 10 seconds or so. Looks like resistance to me. Still doesn't justify the officers actions.

Homeboy passenger with the red pants dumped his $hit quick from that black bag. He could care less about Georgie. All he cared about was not being arrested with whatever he dumped by that building with his right hand. That female hood rat was just a distraction so her "Boo" wouldn't get caught. These two should not skate from any criminal charges whatsoever.
