A 14-year-old North Philadelphia youth was charged with murder yesterday in the Monday afternoon shooting of Hector Rodriguez, 18, during an argument in the 2800 block of North Hutchinson Street.

Gregory Scott-Toney, who was described as a friend of Rodriguez's, surrendered at the Police Administration Building in the company of his attorney, Marc Neff. He was held without bail at a preliminary arraignment and faces a further hearing next Wednesday in City Hall.

Tony was also previously arrested when he was 17 for possession and sale of cocaine (rock form).

No, more like the FBI, FDLE, and the CSPD are and the "many others" Tony lied to. I'm sure you don't have to disclose killing people when you interview with FBI, FDLE, CSPD and to become an "expert active shooter trainer" or get a CC or own a business that deals with gun safety and shooting. I'm sure he mentioned his murder status when interviewing with the Crypts though.
