Chief Colina as a Rookie cop worked the streets for 1 year or less,Wynwood.
He goes around and comes out on TV like he was a super cop/hot shot.
Colina transferred to SIS and did not even say goodbye to his crew,the crew found he was gone the following week when he was missing in Roll Call.
Promoted to Sgt./Lt. Back to SIS.
But this is the same Chief that gives you this BS speech in the auditorium about morals/ethics.
