But heck who cares about earning your troops respect, inspiring teaching and training your troops, troop morale and welfare, being competent and decisive, leading by example, effective leadership establishing a sense of responsibility amongst your troops, seeking self improvement....

Who cares about any of that “b1tch” crap, when you have those pretty stripes or bars to stare at in the mirror to make yourself feel better about yourself.
