All that means is Jeff can't take any law enforcement action and I believe he cannot conduct union business during business hours. However, Jeff is still running the union. If Jeff needs something done during business hours it falls on the other board members, hopefully ANYBODY but Jacobson! He is no better than Berman always stirring up $hit.

He can still conduct union business, Bojangles can’t prevent him from carrying out all legal union activity.

JB is still the union president. All this means is that instead of a press conference at noon, he has to do it at 6pm, once he is "off the clock" with bso. Jeff is still running the show
