Please have your staff members using patrol officers for social media attention, it’s dehumanizing to those of us that come to work and stand in front of the line not knowing what’s going to happen.


If you say there’s 80k masks At least one a day should be given to a officer to wear during the shift. Where are the decontamination procedures? Where are the antibacterial sprays for the cars

Please stop having officers respond to the station for roll calls to only leave 5-10 mins later this makes not sense what so ever. Why have hundreds of officers that are responding to hundreds of calls stand next to each other everyday?

Stop the meaningless arrests and contacts

Have those hiding from police work provide patrol officers assistance on the street

It doesn’t make sense. The department number is 1321. There is 80k in mask. The math gives 60 mask per person. Why are They rationing the mask. It makes no sense.

Chief Colina let it be known There is no faith or trust in your abilities in being a chief. You are incompetent and obviously not smart. We need a new chief that has the knowledge, skills and abilities to lead this department. None of your top command staff has the tenure, traits nor experience to lead through this situation. We need an outside chief that has the experience and the component to problem solve on the fly while keep the men and women safe all at once. Never placing officers in harms way.
Chief Colina you have failed miserably and that is why you have earned the vote of no confidence.
