We live in a hurricane state and everyone is a cluster ****. No housing, no trucks to move equipment, etc. We don’t any have basic riot gear. Why would anyone expect PPE equipment. Probably one of the least prepared agencies in the country for any event that requires more than a body and basic uniform.

But we have BWC’s at a cost of over 5 million for 5 years. Lol
